Ball Screw Lead Screw Tables

  • 404XR – 412XR Standard Series – The “400XR” standard series linear positioners offer reliable performance and unmatched versatility.   • HD Series Linear Positioners – The HD Series Linear Positioners are designed for OEMs, Machine Builders, and End Users needing a robust positioning solution. The robust design begins with a deep channel extruded body and carriage that provide exceptional beam strength and carriage stiffness. The linear bearings and ballscrews are self lubricating, precision components with long life at 100% duty operation. The HD Series also includes IP30 rated belt seals that protect the interior components from debris in tough environments.
  • PROmech LP28 – PROmech Series actuators come completely assembled and tested and include linear bearings, drive screw, thrust bearings, motor mount, coupling and motor. With a travel range from 5mm to 500mm, the LP28 has several linear bearing options and a variety of screw-lead and motor-size options to easily match the positioner to the application requirements. The LP28 may also be fitted with an optional strip seal and home and limit sensors. This compact positioner is ideal for positioning payloads up to 10 lbs.

Belt Driven Linear Actuators

Linear Motor Positioners

  • 404LXR Table Series – The 400LXR Series linear servo motor tables are pre-engineered “plug and play” modules that combine slotless linear motor technology with performance matched mechanical elements to provide, high acceleration, high velocity, and quick settling, with accurate, highly repeatable positioning.
  • Miniature Square Rail Positioner – mSR – The mSR series of miniature, dual square rail guided, linear motor positioners have been engineered to deliver a combination of modularity, flexibility, and performance in an extremely compact package.

Miniature Linear Stages

  • MX80L Miniature Stage Series – The MX80 is a high performance linear servo motor stage designed to meet today”s 24/7 production demands requiring rapid-fire positioning of light loads within a small work envelope.
  • MX80S Miniature Stage Series – The MX80S low profile miniature positioner offers reliable linear positioning for space restricted applications. It can be driven by a 2mm lead precision ground ballscrew or a high efficiency PTFE coated leadscrew and can be driven by either a servo or stepper motor.
  • MX80M Miniature Positioner Series – The MX80M stages are offered as free travel or micrometer driven units with 25mm or 50mm travel.
  • LX80L Long Travel Miniature Tables – The LX80L is a small profile linear motor driven table with strokes up to 750 mm and loaded with high performance features for both rapid linear translation and precise positioning of smaller loads within very small work envelopes.
  • MX45S Miniature Positioner – This miniature positioner was designed with anti-cage creep cross roller bearings and offers the user two drive chain options; a high efficiency PTFE coated lead screw or a high precision ground ball screw.
  • Miniature Square Rail Positioner – mSR – The mSR series of miniature, dual square rail guided, linear motor positioners have been engineered to deliver a combination of modularity, flexibility, and performance in an extremely compact package.

Electric Cylinders

  • ETH Series Electric Cylinder – This high-force, ball-screw driven, electric cylinder employs a dramatically new and improved ball nut and screw design paired with over-sized thrust bearings in order to attain industry leading force density and allowing it to compete with similarly sized roller screw and hydraulic products.
  • XFC Extreme Force Cylinder – This industrially hardened cylinder product utilizes an all steel construction and is manufactured to standard metric hydraulic tie rod design. The resulting cylinder offers significantly greater levels of control in addition to being an energy efficient fluid power substitute.

Gantry Robots

  • System 1: Two Axis XX”-Y – SYSTEM ONE provides two axes of horizontal motion. The primary axis (X) is comprised of two HLE Linear Modules linked by a common drive shaft, and the secondary axis (Y) comprised of one HLE Linear Module. The HLE linear modules are capable of high speeds and accelerations over long travels.
  • System 2: Two Axis XX”-YY” – SYSTEM 2 utilizes two linear modules in both axes (X & Y). The second linear module of the Y-axis is an idler unit which increases load capacity (normal and moment) and permits longer travel. The addition of this unit doubles the load capacity over System One. Traction force can be improved by linking the second axis (Y) module to the first with a common drive shaft. The link shaft doubles the potential acceleration of the system. This system is intended for moderate to heavy loads.
  • System 3: Two Axis XX”-Z – SYSTEM 3 provides two axes of motion in a vertical plane. A ballscrew driven ET Cylinder is utilized to provide high thrust in the vertical direction. ET Rod Guides, in conjunction with the dual X-axis, minimize the effects of moment and side loading, permitting higher acceleration of the payload.
  • System 4: Two Axis XX”-Z – SYSTEM 4 is a variation of System 3 that offers an alternative mounting arrangement. It is a popular choice for front loading applications and is often implemented as a wall mount unit.
  • System 5: Two Axis XX”-Z – SYSTEM 5 is an X-Z system utilizing the HZR belt driven unit for the vertical axis. The rigidity of the HZR permits higher vertical speed, greater X-axis acceleration, and larger moment loading than System 3.
  • System 6: Three Axis XX”-YY”-Z – SYSTEM 6 is a three axis version of System Two. HLE Linear Modules provide motion in the X and Y directions while a vertically mounted ET cylinder provides the third axis (Z) of motion. The ET cylinder provides high vertical thrust capacity at moderate speeds. With the Z-axis retracted, this system can transport moderate to heavy loads at high rates of speed over long travel distances.
  • System 7: Three Axis XX”-YY”-Z – SYSTEM 7 is a three axis system which utilizes the HZR unit for the vertical axis. As a result, this system can provide longer vertical travel, higher speed, and greater Acceleration than System 6. The inherent rigidity of the HZR also contributes to superior system stiffness, stability, and ease of tuning. If the Z-axis is retracted during horizontal motion, System Seven can easily handle moderate to heavy loads. With the Z-axis fully extended it can handle light to moderate loads.
