It has been a few weeks since the floods in Louisiana and the impact to families and communities is still tremendous. Early October is homecoming for Central and Denham High Schools in Baton Rouge. What is supposed to be a happy time, where girls are looking forward to dressing up was a second thought, that’s until Innovative IDM jumped into Operation Homecoming. With short notice the Dallas location collected 70 dresses from employees and their families, a dozen pairs of shoes and lots of jewelry. These donations will be sent to Baton Rouge where, girls will be able to go a find a dress and everything a girl needs to make this a homecoming to remember at no cost.

Here at Innovative IDM we take care of our company, our teammates and our community!
