Break-through Customer Service

We rejuvenate as a staff at Innovative Automation every few months. Last week at our summer meeting, we refocused our efforts on continuing our legendary customer service for the rest of 2008 and beyond.

Every morning, we remind ourselves about our focus on customers and customer service. And in order to perform such service on a daily basis, everyone know you need to break a cinder brick — like IA sales pro Daniel Hallum did here.
