Mencom Industrial Electrical Connectors

Industrial Electrical Connectors

ILME Connectors – These rectangular connectors include the base, the mating hood and the male and female insert. Applications for these connectors are found in process automation, automotive, robotics, factory automation, and machine tools just to name a few. This solution will help drastically reduce labor time and costs associated with product installation.

MIN Connectors – Our MIN-Series is available in 2 to 19 pole versions, divided into 3 different sizes.

Size I encompasses the 2, 3, 4, 5, & the smaller 6 pole version (there are two sizes of the 6 pole connector.  One is a size I and one is a size II).  All of the size I variety are based on a 1″ hex for the receptacle and a 7/8″ thread for the plug.

Size II connectors include the larger 6 pole, and the 7 & 8 pole connectors.  The size II are based on a 1.125″ hex and a 1″ thread for the plug.

Size III connectors include the 9, 10, 12, & 19 pole connectors.  The size III are based on a 1.25″ hex and a 1.125″ thread for the plug.

MDC Connectors – The MDC series has a single keyway that is known as A-coded. These cables can be used for connecting sensors such as M12 style sanitary sensors, industrial sensors or other sensors, to transmitters or instruments.

Network Connectors – The MDE45 is specifically used in Industrial Ethernet applications, and has teal cable using twisted pairs of wires inside.

This connector has a unique keyway that is known as D-coded.

Panel Interface Connectors – The ability to interface with the contents of the cabinet without opening the door prevents a lot of potential safety hazards associated with having an open electrical panel , such as Arc Flash.

Mencom currently has well over 3,000 designs of Panel Interface Connectors, also known as either programming ports or program ports, in production and our engineer team is designing new Panel Interface Connectors every day to meet the various needs of your business.

Solenoid Valve Connectors – In engineering, the term solenoid refers to a variety of transducer devices that convert energy into linear motion. The term is also often used to refer to a solenoid valve, which is an integrated device containing an electromechanical solenoid which actuates either a pneumatic or hydraulic valve, or a solenoid switch. Connectors may either be purchased individually or as part of a molded cable assembly. Termination options also include field wireable, overmolded cable or pre-wired receptacles.

Mencom carries a full line of DIN 43650 and Industry Standard (I/S) Solenoid Valve Connectors.

Ethernet Switches The MDE45 is specifically used in Industrial Ethernet applications, and has teal cable using twisted pairs of wires inside.

This connector has a unique keyway that is known as D-coded.
