857 Series JUMPFLEX
It’s the new 857 Series of relay modules and signal conditioners from WAGO represents the perfect
combination of housing and electronics. The 857 Series (aka JUMPFLEX) offers a system approach to signal
switching and conditioning. Today’s factory automation and process control applications require conversion,
isolation, and transmission of many different signal types. With these requirements comes the challenge of
managing signal types, maximizing panel space, reducing signal wiring and downtime, while controlling
overall system costs. The new 857 Series signal conditioners and relays meet this challenge and much more.

Power Cage Clamp ®
The Power CAGE CLAMP provides the same safe, vibration resistant and gastight connection technology
as with WAGO's traditional CAGE CLAMP terminal blocks. Side entry wiring allows for connecting of larger
conductors with limited flexibility in space restricted switchgear. Termination of the large conductors
is made simple: one turn of the hand allows you to lock the clamp open, and use both hands to insert
the wire into the clamping position; at 4/0, this can be a real labor saving.

750-871 Ethernet Controller
The 750-871 connects the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM to the ETHERNET fieldbus. The fieldbus controller
automatically configures, creating a local process image that may include analog, digital or
specialty modules. Analog and specialty module data is sent via words and/or bytes; digital data
is sent bit by bit. The 750-871 permits data transmission rates of 10/100 Mbits/s and is programmable
in accordance with IEC 61131-3 and provides 512 KB program memory, 256 KB data memory and 24 KB retain
memory. It is capable of multitasking, has a battery-backed, real-time clock and is based on a 32-bit CPU.
